Reservation Policy

For Property Buyouts and Events; A Blank Canvas Venue Rental Agreement is required. All local laws apply.

A 50% Deposit is required at the time of the Blank Canvas Rental Agreement signing. Balance is due 90 days before Property Buyout or Event.

Property can accommodate up to 150 guests for Events/ Buyout

Property Buyout packages: 50 guests, 75, guests, 100 guests, 125 guests, 150 guests, 200 guests

Cancellation Policy

• ​

• Guests may cancel reservations for Property Buyouts and Events more than 180 days of reservation for date a 100% refund. 

• Guests may cancel reservations for Property Buyouts and Events more than 90 days of reservation date for a 50% refund. 

• Guests may cancel reservations for Property Buyouts and Events more than 30 days of reservation date for a 25% refund. 

• Cancellations of Property Buyout and Event 30 days or less prior to reservation date: No refund issued.
